1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 small tub of thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake, cut into 3 layers
10 small fresh strawberries
1 Tbsp. cream cheese; softened
Mix COOL-WHIP and cream cheese together until creamy. Mix in dry pudding mix until completely incorporated. Fold in pineapple.
Using a serrated knife slice top off cake and another layer (it’s easier if you use a sawing motion to do this).
