Honey Mustard Chicken Serves: 4-6
¾ cup honey mustard
¼ cup regular yellow mustard
½ cup honey
¼ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. kosher salt
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp. dried parsley
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Whisk mustards, honey, oil, salt, garlic, and parsley in a medium bowl until evenly mixed. Dip the chicken breasts in mixture and turn to evenly coat.
- Place the chicken breasts in a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Bake; basting occasionally until cooked through, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
