Coquito (Puerto Rican Egg Nog Makes: 5 cups
2 cups coconut milk
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups Puerto Rican rum
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks for garnish
Blend milks, rum, and egg yolks in a blender until frothy; chill.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve with cinnamon sticks
