Homemade Seasoned Rice Mix (Uncooked)
3 cups uncooked long grain rice
6 tsp. instant chicken bullion or granules
¼ cup dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. dried thyme
Store In an airtight glass container.
Combine 2- 2 ½ cups water and 1 Tbsp. butter in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Stir in 1 cup of rice mix.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
Makes: 6 servings per 1 cup of rice mix.
