What you Need:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle KRAFT Tuscan Italian Dressing
1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
How to Do it
1. Cut chicken breasts as if you were going to butterfly them; only cut all the way through. Try to get them as even a thickness as possible for even grilling).
2. Put chicken breasts into large ziplock bag and pour in the bottle of dressing (that’s right..the entire bottle).
3. Let out all the air in the bag and seal tightly. Lightly work dressing over all chicken breasts. Let sit in fridge for at least 3 hours, but you can go as long as overnight (going back and mixing it together every 30-60 minutes will help get the dressing into the chicken).
4. Heat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken breasts from bag and place them on the hot grill. About 5 minutes later; flip them. You will know they are ready to flip when they remove easily from the grill. Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Before removing from the grill; sprinkle with parmesan cheese and allow for cheese to melt. Remove from grill and serve.
Inner Chef Note: Because chicken is such a tricky meat to marinate; cutting the chicken breasts the way I mentioned will allow for the marinade to actually get into the meat not just on the surface.
