Strawberry Balsamic Biscotti

What you need:

Biscotti toast

Balsamic Glaze (not vinegar)

Fresh strawberries, onion, watermelon, cilantro, bacon bits


What to do:

In a small sauté pan; add 1 Tbsp. diced onion, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries and 1/2 cup diced watermelon, mix well. On medium-high heat add 1 tsp. balsamic glaze and stir to coat fruit and veggies. Sauté until onions are just about tender; remove from heat and add cilantro and bacon bits and salt to taste. Stir well and let sit until room temperature (you can also chill this recipe).

Spoon atop biscotti toast and serve warm or chilled.

  1. This sounds SO good! I’ve never seen the balsamic glaze before-will have to keep an eye out for it.
