Below are some great smoothie recipes from Simple and Delicious magazine!

Berry Delicious Smoothies                                          Serves: 4        

Combine 1 ½ cups fat-free strawberry Greek yogurt, ¾ cup acai mixed berry V8 juice blend, 1 cup each frozen unsweetened strawberries and blueberries, ½ cup each frozen unsweetened raspberries, blackberries and pitted dark sweet cherries, ¼ cup wheat bran and 1 tsp. ground flaxseed.


Green Breakfast Smoothies                                        Serves: 2

Combine 1 cup crushed ice, ¾ cup unsweetened apple juice, 2 cups fresh baby spinach, 1 medium pear; coarsely chopped, 1 medium ripe avocado; peeled and cubed and 3 Tbsp. honey.


Blueberry-Oat Smoothies                                            Serves: 3

Combine 1 cup unsweetened apple juice, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries, ½ cup quick-cooking oats and 2 Tbsp. maple syrup.
